Introdução

Nós começou nossa análise do tópico atual da inteligência artificial e sua aplicação no campo da jurisprudência com uma revisão das ferramentas de análise sintática e semântica de textos que são utilizados no desenvolvimento de soluções LegalTech.

Nos comentários do artigo anterior, uma pergunta muito difícil correu como um fio vermelho: por que não extrair todos os significados do texto? Qual é a dificuldade aqui? Essa pergunta é extremamente indicativa, por isso decidimos prestar mais atenção a ela e dar uma resposta mais detalhada.

Então, hoje vamos tentar responder a uma série de perguntas aparentemente simples:

1. Como encontrar “todos os significados” no texto? Quais são as diferenças na percepção do texto entre um especialista no assunto (advogado) e um leigo (desenvolvedor)?
2. Como essas diferenças afetam o desenvolvimento de soluções de TI apropriadas?
