Este artigo é o resultado do trabalho de instalação e autonomia de um servidor baseado no sistema operacional Linux com Redmine de várias fontes _{(incluindo as instruções oficiais)} , alguns dos comandos e a sequência de ações foram tomadas de outras fontes. Todas as fontes utilizadas são indicadas no final do artigo.

Introdução

Em geral, a tarefa soava assim : instalar o Redmine em um servidor com um servidor web no nginx .

Como o Redmine é escrito em RoR , é necessário ter um ambiente RoR, mas o problema é que diferentes aplicativos RoR podem exigir diferentes versões do ambiente . No meu caso, foi necessário prever a possibilidade de instalação de aplicativos RoR em ambientes diferentes, o que significa que é necessário um gerenciador de versões que implantará o ambiente necessário no lugar certo.

RVM é um gerenciador de versões de ambientes ruby, variando de versões de intérpretes a jams. É necessário para executar diferentes aplicativos RoR no mesmo servidor , o que pode exigir diferentes ambientes de tempo de execução.

Eu também queria uma versão clássica de um servidor web no nginx. No entanto, o nginx não sabe como executar o aplicativo e, neste caso, atua como um proxy para o servidor da web RoR em execução do aplicativo.

Unicorn é um servidor web para aplicativos Rack (e incluindo RoR). Por algum motivo, eu não queria usar o passageiro , provavelmente porque o nginx deve ser compilado com o passageiro , ou seja, não com o nginx puro. E também porque o Unicorn pode ser diferente para cada aplicativo RoR , e não um global.

Agora a tarefa fica mais clara: instale o Redmine no servidor, implantando a pilha RoR + Unicorn + Nginx, com inicialização automática .
