Bloqueio de escĂłria ou como bloquear a Internet

Não posso me chamar de pessoa com grande força de vontade. E medíocre também. Mas gosto muito de procrastinar e usar qualquer oportunidade disponível para isso, por exemplo, assistir memes ou vídeos sem sentido no YouTube. Com o tempo, isso se tornou cada vez mais estressante e interferiu nos meus estudos / trabalho. Na presença de estresse, a produtividade tendia a zero, e fazer outras coisas ocupava todo o tempo livre (e não livre). Foi assim que minha luta com a internet começou. Como foi?
