Antes de Habra também ter NFT-histeria, vou escrever sobre esse fenômeno de um ângulo ligeiramente diferente.
Propriedade
O desejo de comprar algo surge da consciência do valor do que está sendo comprado. Com uma cryptoart, a “propriedade” de um objeto no blockchain é reivindicada. Mas ainda vivemos em um mundo legal que regula essas relações entre as pessoas. A NFT não está em nenhum lugar e de forma alguma regulamentada ou reconhecida como um meio de designar propriedade. Se fizermos uma analogia do ponto de vista jurídico, comprar uma criptoarte é o mesmo que comprar um terreno na lua ou chamar uma estrela pelo seu próprio nome. Recentemente, vi um anúncio no Facebook de “Torne-se um Senhor”. O resultado final é que você pode comprar um metro quadrado de terreno na Escócia por US $ 49,95 e, de acordo com a lei escocesa, receber oficialmente o título de Lord.
Simplificando, os mercados equiparam um token de blockchain com o significado legal de possuir algo.
